Placing your Order
You can order online or contact our Customer Service Department if you have any questions. We are currently only accepting orders from Australia.
Online Security
Kaladanda uses Pay Pal to process your credit card orders securely. PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to Pay Pal's computer using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available). Pay Pal checks that you're using an approved browser - one that uses SSL 3.0 or higher.
Once your information reaches Pay Pal, it resides on a server that is heavily guarded both physically and electronically. These servers sit behind an electronic firewall and are not directly connected to the Internet, so your private information is available only to authorised computers.
Delivery Methods
Kaladanda ships orders through Australia Post.
Orders placed for New South Wales should be received within 3 working days. Orders from all other states can be expected to arrive within 4 to 6 working days. All estimates of delivery time exclude holidays and should be taken into account when determining the final date of delivery of your purchase.
GST
GST is included in all prices.
Order Tracking
Once an order has been placed, you will receive an email confirming your order. You will receive another email when the package has shipped.
Back Orders and Out of Stock Merchandise
Kaladanda does everything possible to ensure that we have our merchandise in stock. Yet, there may be a situation when we are out of an item that you would like to purchase. All back orders will be processed within 1-2 business days from the date the item(s) are available in our warehouse and you will be notified via email at that time. If an item is not available after your order was taken, you will be notified within 1-2 business days to discuss a refund or exchange. If you have questions about the availability of an item, please contact our Customer Service Department.

Please send the following information with your return:
- Name, address, contact phone number or email
- Order number from the original order
- Reason for the return
- If an exchange, the item number, size and colour of the new item(s) you would like.
We recommend you use certified mail to send your package to our warehouse. Kaladanda will take responsibility for the package once it arrives in our warehouse but we are unable to do so while it is in transit.
Upon receipt of the package in our warehouse, an exchange will be processed within two weeks as long as the item(s) are in stock. You will be notified within 2 business days of receipt of the package if your order cannot be processed as received.
